Dorcas is a creative consultant and brings with her over 10 years of experience in fashion, apparel, retail, buying, branding and supply chain management. After receiving her Masters in Strategic Fashion Marketing at the London College of Fashion, she has gone on to consult independent brands and designers in the UK and West Africa on their business, supply chain and operations, and how to implement branding solutions. Recent experience includes working in the buying team for an in-house brand at an established UK-based department store and subsequently managing the partnerships of a West Africa based sourcing company. These partners ranged from international retailers and brands in Europe, the USA and Australia to partner factories in Benin and Ghana and raw material suppliers across Asia. Improving efficiency in production, business processes, and systems is also a core area of her expertise.
